Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at TotallyHotStuff. We want to make sure that you have a delightful experience when shopping with us both online and in the stores.As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that applies to all our transactions. Here, we have tried to make ours as concise as possible for you.

All items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, whether bought from www.totallyhotstuff.com or in the stores.

1. If you had bought the items online or in the shop, you may return it:
To a TotallyHotStuff store. For a list of store locations, please click here. By post to THS Lifestyle &Gift Pte Ltd, 21 Bukit Batok Crescent, WCEGA Tower, #02-79, Singapore 658065 You will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning the items to us.

2. You can return an item for an exchange or refund:
If the item is damaged/ incorrect in its original packaging upon delivery; or If the item is defective; or You have changed your mind about it, but the item is not used and it is in its original packaging and in saleable condition

3. Items may be returned for an exchange or refund if it meets the following conditions:
If you had bought the item from any of our stores in Singapore, or on our e-commerce store: www.totallyhotstuff.com. The item is not used and it is in its original packaging and in saleable condition You have proof of purchase of the item, typically the receipt, so we recommend you keep your packaging and receipt for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

4. If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online purchase) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated in point 3.
If you had paid for the items using cash in the shop, you will be refunded back in cash. If you had paid for the items using credit card in the shop, you will be refunded back through your credit card. This will take approx 14 working days for the amount to be refunded. You will be notified when the amount has been refunded. If you had paid for the items using credit card online, you will be refunded back through your credit card. This will take approx 2-3 working days for the amount to be refunded. You will be notified when the amount has been refunded.

5. If you had purchased the items during a gift-with-purchase or purchase-with-purchase promotion, please remember to return the gift or sale item as well.

6. If you are a member and requested for a refund, the amount refunded will also be deducted from your total purchase in your membership profile as well.

7. We will not be able to do an exchange or refund for items which have been used, unless it is defective within the warranty period.

8. We will also not accept any exchange or refunds without a receipt of the item purchased.

9. THS Lifestyle & Gifts Pte Ltd reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

10. THS Lifestyle & Gifts Pte Ltd also reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund without any proof of purchase. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
