From our first brick and mortar store at Cathay in 2009, we have grown to become the leading specialty lifestyle brand with 9 retail stores across Singapore as well as an online web store. We also actively design and manufacture our own unique products to delight our retail customers as well as meet the gifting needs of our corporate clients.
We source our gifts from all over the world and select the number 1 best-seller from each product category to offer to our customers. Our mission is to bring a smile and a sense of wonder to everyone who received our products as a gift and to those who bought it for themselves. 2. SHOPPING ONLINE
Follow the steps below to have a great experience buying from our site:
Step 1: Browse our website according to the different categories to find a product you like.
Step 2: If you wish to buy an item, add that item to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. If you would like to buy more than 1 item, simply use the “+” and “-“ sign to change the quantity.
Step 3: Continue browsing or proceed to check out by clicking “My Cart” on the top right side of the webpage. It should show the total number of items you have in your cart and the total amount payable.
Step 4: Confirm your order at the shopping cart page. Enter a coupon code or gift voucher code if you have any. You can also remove an item or amend the quantity of the item at this page. Click Check Out if everything is confirmed, or Continue Shopping if you still want to add new items to your shopping cart.
Step 5: Sign in if you are our existing customers, or register an account if you are a new customer. You can choose to NOT register an account as well by selecting the Guest Account option. Click Proceed.
Step 6: Fill in all the details: name and address. Check the box if your billing and delivery address is the same. If you are buying as a gift, do not check the box.
Step 7: Choose your delivery method. Do you want us to deliver to you or do you prefer to collect at our Orchard Gateway store? At this page, you can add any comments or notes, if any. Click Continue.
Step 8: At the payment page, select PayPal Express Checkout as your preferred method. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account for this. It is our payment gateway. You can still pay via credit card.
Step 9: Confirm your order and click “Continue”. You will then be directed to our PayPal payment gateway page to make payment. You can choose to log in with your PayPal account or to check out as a guest by paying with your credit card.
Step 10: Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email to say that your order was placed successfully! Allow 3-5 working days for your items to reach you!

No, you don’t have to! You can just shop as per normal, and you will only be prompted to key in your billing details and delivery address at the checkout page.
Yes, there is a bulk discount if you purchase a quantity of 50 and more. If you would like to purchase in bulk, kindly email us at email@example.com to enquire or call us at 64923949.
At the checkout page, click the tab “Use Coupon Code”. Enter the coupon code you have and click “Apply Coupon Code”. The promotion will be applied instantly to the total payable shown at the right side of the page.
If you do not see any changes, you could have either mis-typed the coupon code, or the coupon code has already expired.

To search for a product on our website, you can use the search bar on the top left of our webpage. You can also search for the products by their brands by choosing from the dropdown menu below the search bar.
You can also refine your search base on price on the left side of the page too!
If you would like to surprise your friend and send your item as a gift, kindly indicate in the comments section that you would like to send the item as a gift, and add your message in the comments box too, if any. We will wrap the present for you and attach a greeting card with the message.
We will also not include the invoice in the delivery.
You will have to make these changes at your shopping cart page.
To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click the “x” button beside the order quantity.
To change the quantity, change the number to the quantity you wantat the quantity field and click the refresh button beside the field.
The total payable will change accordingly.
Your order will only be processed for delivery once you have made payment at our PayPal payment gateway. Once you have successfully made payment, an email confirmation will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of the payment. If you did not receive any email from us after you have made payment, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 64923949 with your order number.

Yes, you can. Just give us a call at 64923949 and let us know what you would like to purchase. We will generate an e-invoice to be sent to you to make payment. Our office working hours are from 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
